We need 2-5 days to process your order. Shipping time currently takes 1-2 weeks to Europe and 2-3 weeks to other countries.


We offer free shipping on most orders . We do not cover the return shipping costs.The orders will be sent with international logistic company like DHL,DPD,FedEX,UPS and etc.


The goods will be sent to you directly from our warehouses in France, Spain, USA, Poland.

 It takes up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to appear on the DHL and DPD pages. 

Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and our shipping does not cover these fees. 


The package will first be delivered to your home, where a signature will be required for you to receive your delivery.

If the delivery attempt to your home fails, the package will be delivered to a neighbour who will sign for it. You will then find a notification slip in your mailbox that tells you which neighbour has received your package.

If the delivery attempt to your neighbour should also fail, a new delivery attempt will be made to your home on the next working day or your package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a notification slip that tells you where you can pick up your package.

You have about 7 days to pick up the package at the parcel shop. Then the delivery will be sent back to us.

Order damaged on arrival

If you have received a product that is damaged upon arrival or is defective in any way, please email our customer service at info@deluxehomey.com as soon as possible and send us pictures of the damaged product and the packaging. We strive to have 100% satisfied customers and we will quickly help you resolve any grievances.


You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
